| The continued responses that we have received from individuals affirming what we do are appreciated. Our goal is to help ensure that everyonein all the communities we provide services to, have the same opportunity of living a healthy and fulfilled life. We do this by providing non-perishable goods, clothing, knowledge, access to resources, and beginning soon, health screenings. We also provide the same assistance to three of our low income housing facilities in the community. |
At JOY Mission we believe in fulfilling the Gospel commission found in Matthew 28:19-20 by practicing the principles found in Isaiah 58:6-8. To loose the bands of wickedness, undo the heavy burdens, let the oppressed go free, break every yoke, deal bread to the hungry, bring the poor that are cast out to housing, clothe the naked; not hiding from those who are us. "Then shall they light break forth as the morning and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and they righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be they reward." |
